We not only design and build these facility systems assets but also operate, maintain, and manage these facilities

Responsibilities:

• Run lab equipment daily (start/stop testing)

• Use of leak testers, thermal chambers and HV DC power supplies

• Connecting hoses, HVDC harnesses and LVDC harnesses.

• Inspect components of inverters (e.g. capacitors, busbars)

• Assemble test sample inverters

• Instrument inverters with thermocouples, accelerometers, voltage and current probes, etc.

• Prepare test setups, conduct testing on established test procedures

• Fabricate HV/LV wiring harnesses and test fixtures

 MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, AND /OR SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

•           G.E.D or high school diploma

•           1+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, thermocouple welding, wiring harness fabrication

•           Experience working in test labs for power electronics or electrical machines

•           Working knowledge of electronics / electronics troubleshooting, CAN, and EtherCat.

•           Strong technical communication skills (i.e., generate technical specifications, etc.)
