We need to have you go through our hiring process to integrate you into Amentum payroll and HR systems.
You may apply for any position which you are qualified for. However, we need you to apply for your current position first. Promotions or position changes will be considered after the transition period.
We recognize that the current employees hold the technical expertise and capability to execute the work of this program. Employment with Amentum is contingent upon a few factors including successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
Salaries and schedules will be discussed individually during the transition process. Amentum’s compensation offerings are intended to be competitive with those of peer companies, attract and retain key talent, and reward staff for successfully completing performance-based initiatives that promote Amentum’s financial growth and stability.
Employees are paid biweekly on Fridays. There are 26 pay periods in a calendar year.

Full-Time employees have the option of enrolling yourself and your eligible dependents in medical, dental and/or vision benefits. Eligible dependents include your: Spouse and Child(ren) up to age 26 regardless of marital or student status. Unmarried child(ren) of any age who are incapable of supporting themselves due to a mental or physical disability and who are totally dependent on you.

401(k) – You are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) with no waiting period. Amentum matching contributions equal 50% on the first 6% of your pay that you contribute as pre-tax and/or Roth deferral each pay period.
