Moving within Amentum

Getting Started

  • Begin your search on our External Careers Site
  • Once you have located a position you’d like to apply to, make note of the Posting’s Job ID
  • Identify which system the job posting is linked to:
    • Workday = Job IDs that start with ‘R’
    • Taleo = Job IDs that start with any letter(s) except for ‘R’
  • Identify which system your employee record is located in:
    • Workday = your email address ends with ‘@amentum.com’
    • Taleo = your email address ends with ‘@jacobs.com’, ‘@us.amentum.com’, or ‘@global.amentum.com’
      • Note: For now, employees should log in using their ‘@jacobs.com’ email unless otherwise notified.
    • Don’t have a corporate Amentum or Jacbos email, or still unsure?
      • Contact your Human Resources Business Partner OR
      • Try logging in to either system via the Taleo or Workday links below
  • Apply to the job
    • If it’s a job posting that originates from Taleo (Job ID beginning with anything except for an ‘R’):
    • If it’s a job posting that originates from Workday (Job ID beginning with ‘R’)
    • IMPORTANT! When applying, ensure your resume is up-to-date with Amentum as your current employer and your current role listed. This will cue us that you are an internal applicant for the role.
