Amentum is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team of passionate individuals in Quantico, VA. In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the Nation’s security and intelligence mission.

The Business Analyst responsibilities include gathering customer product requirements (may include coordinating travel for stake holder meetings), liaising between subject matter experts (SMEs)/Scrum Master/Product Owner (GISP Program Manager), conducting product testing to ensure correct implementation, training coordination/oversight for GISP and TTP, coordination with Operations Support team to ensure technical processes and documentation are current.

Responsibilities:

• Will be required to attend all software and network development meetings

• Must be proactive in seeking an understanding of all products and services in the program.

• Will be required to gain SME knowledge pertaining to all associated products (websites, software applications, interfaces, devices, which will be introduced once contractor is on board).

• Although infrequent and not directly applicable to the role, the candidate should expect minimal travel as necessary to support the engineering and operational requirements of the mission.

• Ability to participate in product lifecycle assistance to include product testing, integration, and deployment of leading-edge technology. Day to day operations include the following activities:

• Participate in and/or lead vendor and internal team meetings

• Participate in and/or lead in training actions around new or previously developed products

• Provide expertise based on experience and product knowledge to field personnel

• Manage and participate in training exercises supporting product development

• Engage with field personnel to revise project deliverables

• Manage a portfolio of assigned projects based on current requirements.

• Support design reviews and initiate project realignment based on feedback

• Engage with field personnel to gather their feedback on proposed requirements

• Test, document, and release products and product guides following established and developed test methodologies.

Requirements:

• Technical Support Certification, Accredited Presentation Skills Course, and a current Scrum Master Certification

• 2+ years of professional experience in technical writing and testing.

• 2+ years of direct experience applying test methodology for specified product releases

• 2+ years of direct experience gathering and analyzing information required for the development of writing technical reports, standard operating procedures, training materials and documentation

• 2+ years of providing remote technical support, interfacing with the customer/management/stake holders

• Active Directory administration and operation/theory of electronic tracking devices.

• Fluency in Microsoft Office products with an above average capability to use Mac OS and Windows OS

• Must be a highly creative self-starter that is willing to be fluid in day to day activities with demonstrable work history to support project engagement activities.

• Experience with an Agile Lifecycle Management tool (e.g. JIRA).

Clearance Required:

• Top Secret and eligible for a Polygraph

Minimum Education:

• The position requires an accredited Technical Support Certification, Accredited Presentation Skills Course, and a current Scrum Master Certification

Minimum Years of Experience:

• 2+ years of experience creating/reviewing technical documents and processes.

• 2+ years of direct experience applying test methodology for specified product releases

• 2+ years of direct experience gathering and analyzing information required for the development of writing technical reports, standard operating procedures, training materials and documentation.

• 2+ years providing remote technical support, interfacing with customer/management/stakeholders.

Required Certifications:

• The position requires an accredited Technical Support Certification and a current Scrum Master Certification.
