Amentum is hiring a Director's Action Group (DAG) Administrative Specialist at Fort Belvoir, VA. This position will provide information and administrative support to the Director’s office in support of the JPRA mission.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Track and maintain all agency internal and external synchronization actions for the Director’s Group to include notification of task assignment to subordinate divisions, maintaining currency of task status for the Director, and providing a list of recommended tasks and actions to the Director’s Group.
  • Manage SharePoint task management system for the agency.
  • Review staffing packages prior to Director’s signature for grammar, formatting, content.
  • Assist in the planning of agency-wide events such as Leadership Offsites and Key Leader Engagements.
  • Create briefings and presentations for agency meetings.
  • Track and maintain currency of all agency instructions and business rules to include adjudication of any comments resulting from updates. This includes coordinating with the lead division to begin review, ensuring update actions are completed and review timelines are adhered to, and publication once approved. 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Must have an active Secret US Government Clearance and be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret US Government Clearance.
  • Knowledge and experience with DoD policies and directives.
  • Knowledge and experience with SharePoint 2013.
  • Project management.
  • Event management.
  • Running meetings with action officers, senior leaders.
  • Ability to present data in various formats to include Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Advanced level experience with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

       

Service Contract Act (SCA) Compensation & Benefits:

This is an hourly, overtime-eligible position that falls under the Service Contract Act (SCA). In accordance with the Health and Welfare provisions of the SCA, and in addition to your base hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive an additional health and welfare payment for each hour you work to ensure compliance with the minimums set forth by the act. The amount you are entitled to receive will vary depending upon the fringe benefits you select now and in the future.

       

Compensation Details:

$45.00 - $57.00
