Description of Duties:
The IRES Facilities Deputy Stakeholder Task & Integration Manager (STIM) supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The Deputy STIM is a senior SME with a proven understanding of customer requirements and knowledge of what skills and resources will be needed to meet those requirements. As a deputy to the STIM, this role assists with oversight and leadership of the facilities department which consists of two task orders and includes facilities and design engineers, project managers, facilities maintenance technicians and support staff who provide 24x7 facilities maintenance and facility sustainment, renovation and modernization projects for a 600,000+ square foot facility on Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado. This role serves as a delegate to the STIM and performs the functions listed herein when the STIM is unavailable.
The candidate will:
• Be responsible for ensuring and reporting overall performance, cost, schedule, and mission success for both task orders.
• Be the point of contact responsible for interfacing with MDA and other IRES TO stakeholders and customers throughout the life cycle of both of the facilities task orders. This includes providing on-the-ground communications and coordination, advocating for TO priorities, and performing integrated scheduling and de-confliction at the TO level.
• Ensure coordination, communication, and integration among the other IRES STIMs, Department Directors, and functional leads to ensure success for the task orders and the program.
• Partner between other STIMs and Department Directors to provide agility in workforce utilization, training, and tools to meet stakeholder needs across IRES task orders.
The successful candidate will be able to:
• Demonstrate insightful leadership and analysis in several areas, to include team building, business model adjustments, project planning/management, technical implementation, and organizational optimization to reach desired goals.
• Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with a diverse group of external and internal associates within the organization, to include senior government customers.
• Make judgments required for the planning, prioritizing and organizing a diversified workload.
• Address complex challenges, develop robust solutions, and guide the team to success.
• Drive organizational change to best support customer requirements
• Work independently to accomplish objectives with superior attention to detail.
This is not a remote position, but rather an on-site position on Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado.
No relocation assistance is available for this position.

Basic Requirements:
• Must have 10, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
o May be reduced with completion of advanced education
• Must have 5, or more, years of directly related experience
• Must have 1, or more, years of experience working in a management or leadership role
• Must have experience managing projects of varying size and complexity
• Must have working knowledge of Earned Value Management, budgeting, and financial management
• Must be able to work independently to accomplish objectives with superior attention to detail
• Must have, or obtain, an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Desired Requirements:
• Have experience working within the Missile Defense Agency or other DOD departments/agencies
• Have experience managing one or more task orders
• Have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Have a background in facilities maintenance/engineering
• Have experience managing facility modification projects
This position is expected to pay $ 155 ,000 - $ 180 ,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
