About the Opportunity

As Framework Delivery Manager, you will lead excellence in execution, nurture key client relationships, and enable high-performing teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

As our delivery environment continues to mature, we have sharpened the focus with strong commercial and business acumen, a physical client presence, and the capability to operate effectively across both internal and external delivery landscapes.

We are looking for someone who leads confidently in client relationships and strategic delivery, and who can step in as the Framework Delivery Director’s deputy, demonstrating the seniority and potential to succeed into that role in the future.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy and delivery—translating organisational goals into actionable plans, maintaining operational integrity, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Working in partnership with the Framework Director, you will shape and influence the direction of the frameworks to achieve outstanding results through:

  • Client Relationship Leadership: Cultivate and sustain strategic, trust-based partnerships with clients, serving as their senior point of contact and ensuring their evolving needs are understood and exceeded.

  • Framework Delivery Governance: Provide overarching leadership and direction for the delivery of framework services, ensuring operational alignment with contractual obligations, client priorities, and performance targets.

  • Strategic Partnership & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, and delivery partners to drive achievement of framework objectives and embed an outcome-based delivery ethos across operations.

  • Issue & Risk Management: Proactively anticipate, assess, and resolve delivery challenges, ensuring business continuity, compliance, and operational excellence.

  • Reporting & Communication: Deliver insightful performance reports, strategic updates, and recommendations to both clients and internal leadership, ensuring transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making.

  • This role offers an excellent opportunity for those seeking to gain Framework Director experience, developing their career into more senior delivery accountabilities and roles.

Here's What You'll Need

We’re seeking an accomplished delivery professional who combines strategic acumen with operational excellence—a leader who drives results through influence, foresight, and collaboration. You will bring a track record of success in delivery oversight and fostering enduring client relationships, underpinned by:

  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to shape delivery strategies that align with broader business goals and client outcomes.

  • Confident and firm communication style: The ability to articulate ideas clearly, assertively, and persuasively while maintaining diplomacy.

  • Negotiation & Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in building consensus, resolving competing priorities, and achieving shared objectives.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving: Ability to assess situations, prioritise needs, and proactively craft solutions aligned with delivery outcomes.

  • Operational Agility: Exceptional organisational capability to manage multiple workstreams and portfolios while maintaining delivery quality and responsiveness.

Your effectiveness in this role will be strengthened by:

  • A demonstrable history of success in managing major client or framework relationships within a contractual or regulated environment.

  • Extensive experience overseeing service delivery operations with a focus on performance, quality, and value outcomes.

  • A background and experience in influencing across matrix structures.

  • The ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on leadership in fast-paced, complex delivery settings.

  • Familiarity with framework agreements or equivalent delivery structures within the UK Civil Nuclear sector.
