For our team in Krakow we are seeking a HR Employee Services Team Lead/ Lider/Liderka zespołu ds. obsługi pracowników

The selected candidate will be employed by Critical Mission Solutions Sp. z o.o., part of Amentum.


Responsibilities:

  • Direct, administer and control day-to-day Tier 1 teams’ operations and activities.  This currently includes providing Tier 1 support to the UK, Poland and Japan but may grow to include other international countries.

  • Act as the SME for team members, business and other stakeholders regarding process related knowledge.

  • Ensure service delivery that meets all clients’ requirements. Proactively monitor responsiveness and quality of the services delivered by the team, taking corrective action where necessary.

  • Ensure KPI’s and service metrics are achieved through regular monitoring and proactive intervention where required. Monitor team performance and report metrics to management.

  • Provide an excellent customer service experience to all employees and stakeholders.

  • Act as a trouble shooter and escalation point for day-to-day operational issues. Handle escalated cases in a timely manner, follow up on resolution, inform customer, document and capture learning gained.

  • Apply acquired expertise to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent, with guidance and support from the manager.

  • Provide input to streamline processes and procedures within HR Shared Services using best practice, to provide better efficiencies and reduce cost.

  • Participate in the implementation of various improvement initiatives and strategies within the team's scope. Ensure that processes and procedures for the team are in line with policies and guidelines.

  • Actively participate in project planning and implementation - integrate information from a wide range of sources to develop plans and justify decision making process.

  • Participate in, or lead, regional projects aimed at ensuring operational excellence.

  • Promote continuous improvement mindset (leading by example) and operational excellence within the team.

  • Ensure team acts in accordance with the compliance and Data Privacy rules.

  • Provide staff development, supervision, motivation and leadership within the team. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

  • Collaborate closely across a diverse set of stakeholders, foster and maintain relationships, and collaborate to ensure high quality of service delivery.

  • Analyze numerical information effectively and use it to make fact-based decisions.

  • Deputise for the GDO Regional Manager as required.

Here Is What You Will Need

  • Several years of people management experience

  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines 

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Excellent organizational, analytical & time management skills 

  • Ability to rapidly build and maintain trust 

  • Excellent understanding of HR model and organization structure

  • Knowledge of regional policies and associated processes

  • Knowledge of UK and Poland employment practices would be an asset

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as the position requires direct interaction with clients, senior management and other functional groups and departments

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)

  • Ability to build positive work relationships and effectively cooperate with different levels management and various stakeholders 

  • Ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet required deadlines, SLAs and KPIs  

  • Must have global/multicultural focus, sensitivities and adaptability

  • Ability to delegate tasks

  • Bachelor or Master degree
