The Subcontract Administrator (SCA) position will report to the Logistics Director. Responsibilities will include:
Sourcing and awarding local service subcontracts and purchase orders.
Maintain CPSR audit ready subcontracts/procurement files.
Procurement tasks as assigned to you by the Procurement Lead, with priorities set by Purchasing.
Will adhere to the Amentum Policies and Procedures and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Administrative duties as required.
May work proposals, projects and additional duties as assigned by Program leadership.
Travel to South and Central America as assigned for TDY assignments.
The SCA must be available within 2 hours to meet on the installation with Government personnel to discuss problem areas.
Two (2) years of Procurement experience
Two (2) years working in Procurement as a Buyer and or as a Sourcing Clerk
Current experience working in MAXIMO
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Excellent organizational, attention to details and time management skills
Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Valid driver's license and passport
Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of employment
Four (4) years’ experience working on a U.S. Government contract preferred
Experience providing excellent customer service in supporting contract responsibilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules and under pressure of deadlines while maintaining performance standards.
Must be able to drive a Vehicle.
Bachelor’s Degree is required, Engineering degree preferred, or 4 years of Procurement experience in lieu of a degree.

Employees must be willing and able to perform physical activities including, but not limited to, heavy lifting and moving of items, parts, assemblies, and equipment up to the safety regulation maximum; climbing in and out of equipment; crawling; and working outdoors.
