For our growing Project Controls team in Krakow we are seeking an experienced Primavera P6 EPPM Administrator.

Job Summary:

The selected candidates will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) system. 

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration & Configuration

  • Install, configure, and maintain Primavera P6 EPPM and associated components (Web Access, Integration APIs, BI Publisher, etc.).

  • Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions in accordance with company policies.

  • Configure global and project-specific settings including calendars, EPS/WBS structures, activity codes, and UDFs.

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide technical support to end-users including issue resolution, system errors, and performance tuning.

  • Liaise with Oracle support for escalated issues and patch management.

  • Monitor system health and perform regular backups and recovery testing.

Data Management & Integration

  • Ensure data integrity across projects and portfolios.

  • Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, document management, reporting tools).

  • Support data migration and interface development using Primavera APIs or middleware.

Training & Documentation

  • Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials.

  • Conduct training sessions for schedulers, planners, and project managers.

  • Promote best practices in schedule management and system usage.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI Publisher, SQL, or third-party tools.

  • Support project controls teams with schedule analysis, earned value metrics, and KPIs.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM (Web and Professional).

  • Experience with Oracle databases, WebLogic, and middleware technologies.

  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and report development.

  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Primavera Gateway, REST APIs, ETL tools).

Project Controls Knowledge

  • Understanding of project scheduling principles (CPM, resource levelling, baselining).

  • Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or energy sectors preferred.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
