Amentum is actively seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) PMS 326 Follow-On Technical Support (FOTS) contract. As the Senior Program Analyst, your daily role will include routine and non-routine program correspondence and documentation, presentations and briefings, material tracking, financial tracking and reporting, program analysis, and reports. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Typical working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Essential responsibilities and daily duties include:
Interface with internal functional teams and external customers for planning, prioritization and issue resolution of material activities in the support of and achievement of customer goals.
Interact and support customers. Apply specific material knowledge in the execution of program management tasks.
Coordinate and maintain program documentation with internal and external teams including material plans, schedules, briefings, reports correspondence, technical instructions/procedures, and/or related material.
Research and catalog material as defined by the customer.
Develop Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders to ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare routine and non-routine program correspondence, documentation and reports.
Liaise with Task Leads to provide administrative support with subcontracts administration.
Liaise with various Corporate functional POCs.
Create and maintain master files/schedules related to material tracking, execution and status for the life of the program (inception to disposal).
Review, evaluate, and provide assessments of technical and non-technical material reports; research specific areas and prepare findings.
Interface with internal and external program participants to coordinate overall activities to support customer goals.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3 years of relevant work experience (program correspondence and documentation, presentations and briefings, material tracking, financial tracking and reporting, program analysis, and reports).
Working experience with developing and delivering presentations and desk top publishing software.
Demonstrated superior attention to detail and the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
Demonstrated organizational skills and demonstrated ability to perform detail-oriented work.
Demonstrated experience in working independently, taking initiative and leading teams to analyze and resolve problems.
Working experience in Microsoft Office Suite products (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint Collaborative tools; Data management systems like Costpoint and OnPoint; travel and procurement processes, tools and technologies (e.g. Balboa, DTS, Joint Travel Regulations, SPOT, and Amentum MRO).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to effectively communicate in all forms.
Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS, as required.
Ability to obtain a United States Passport.
Ability to obtain a secret US government clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to obtain a secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field of study or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales.
Logistics, warehouse, and material Management experience.
Compensation Details:
80k+
