Amentum is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Recruiter to join the Antarctic Support Contract. While interacting with hiring managers across multiple programs in multiple geographic regions, you’ll need to be fast on your feet, creative, confident, persuasive and willing to express your expertise around recruiting best practices. Under the direction of the Recruiting Supervisor, you will be exposed to every level of the organization and play an integral part in maximizing a robust talent acquisition tool set, while working toward a goal of hiring the very best!
Position Responsibilities:
Proactively manages full lifecycle recruiting process in a fast-paced environment including: requisition management, sourcing candidates, interviewing, generating offers and facilitating the on-boarding process for candidates in Workday.
Source and screen hundreds of candidates weekly vetting for culture, personality, fundamental technical skills and targeted competencies.
Pipeline candidates utilizing online recruiting resources such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other various local and global job boards
Monitor progress for all program hires, ensuring completion of offer letters, and all contingencies.
Conduct professional license and employment verifications
Partner with other Recruiters and HR staff to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitate an effective high-volume search & screening process.
Build targeted marketing campaigns to attract key talent on an ongoing basis.
Work closely with Hiring team providing staffing support to meet the key identified deliverables.
Work closely with Recruiting Lead, HR Lead, and HR Manager on on-going, ad-hoc projects.
Required Education, Experience, Certificates and Licenses:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Marketing or related area is required.
Equivalent years of relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of education.
Two years' experience in a full lifecycle, high-volume recruiting environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Expected Skills and Competencies:
In-depth knowledge and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, ICIMS or Teleo
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees at all levels.
Ability to speak, write, read and comprehend English
Strong knowledge of government contract recruiting strategy and understanding of security clearances.
Adaptability, working independently, time management and business acumen.
Prior experience working in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
Flexibility to work across international time-zones
Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and propose solutions
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently
Extremely flexible, with the ability to work through stressful situations in a professional manner.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Cross- cultural sensitivity and international perspective
Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and details in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred:
In-depth knowledge on recruiting high-volume skilled trades / industrial talent
Experience with Task Order staffing and DoS or DoD contracts
Experience using Workday & SharePoint

Amentum allows 10 holidays per fiscal year to be pro-rated based off which quarter employment begins.
Biweekly pay periods.
