About the Opportunity
Sizewell C Project Controls acts as a centre of excellence, providing the delivery performance information and insights required to successfully deliver one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects. We are seeking a talented Risk Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) and support one of our major delivery programmes.
Reporting to a Senior Risk Manager, you will play a key role in implementing and improving risk management processes, supporting programme teams to identify, assess, analyse and manage risks effectively. You will contribute to risk reporting, facilitate workshops, deliver quantitative risk assessments, and provide valuable insights to support project performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of Integrated Project Controls (Risk) processes.
Facilitate risk workshops and engage stakeholders across project and corporate functions.
Develop and maintain Quantitative Risk Analyses (Cost and Schedule QRAs).
Support Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates and Enterprise Risk Reporting (ERR).
Produce risk dashboards, performance reports and risk insights.
Deputise for the Senior Risk Manager at key programme meetings when required.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management practices.
Here's What You'll Need:
Experience in risk management within large, complex projects or programmes.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven capability in Cost and Schedule Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA).
Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
Desirable:
Experience in project controls and project management disciplines.
Major infrastructure, energy, construction, engineering or capital project experience.
Professional qualifications in Risk Management, Project Management or related disciplines.
Experience within client, contractor, consultancy or government environments.
