Amentum is seeking a Senior Analyst/Team Lead to support our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract. 

Responsibilities Serves as Senior Analyst/Team Lead, specific duties and functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage workload distribution by assigning case tasks to Mid-Level Analysts, ensuring optimal resource allocation based on mission priority.
  •  Serve as the final authority for product approval, ensuring all intelligence deliverables meet rigorous quality standards before dissemination.
  • Oversee the formal submission of finalized case products to the ICE SharePoint environment to maintain a centralized record of mission activities.
  • Conduct recurring 10% audits of daily product submissions and document performance metrics within Trackvia to identify trends and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead targeted, individual training sessions for analysts to address skill gaps and maintain high operational standards across the team.
  • Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for the Amentum Mission Manager and Knowledge Manager, facilitating clear communication between site leadership and field operations.
  • Review and approve timesheets for Mid-Level and Junior Analysts, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and project labor accounting.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Public Trust
  • Bachelor’s degree (5-7years exp), Master’s degree (3-5 years exp), or PhD (0-2 years exp). 

       

Compensation Details:

$105,000-$150,000
