Contribute to delivery of project and programme management services to JRC, including:

Support the Core Team Leader (CTL) in the overall coordination of framework activities, including:

o consolidation of reporting and deliverables
o support to contract-level management processes
Develop and maintain project documentation in line with client requirements, including:
o project management plans
o progress reports and dashboards
o lifecycle and supporting documentation
Coordinate interfaces across technical disciplines, working with JRC stakeholders and delivery teams, including:

o waste management
o engineering and decommissioning activities
Support programme governance and client reporting through:
o KPI tracking and reporting
o risk identification and management
o contribution to structured reporting to JRC
Operate within a multi-stakeholder environment, supporting coordination between:
o JRC (client)
o JV partners

Here’s What You’ll Need
Professional experience in project or programme management
Demonstrable experience across the full project management lifecycle, including planning, cost, schedule, risk and stakeholder management
Experience in the nuclear sector, preferably in decommissioning, waste management, or related regulated environments
Experience operating in a client-facing or advisory/project support role, supporting delivery within complex programmes
Relevant degree (Master’s level or equivalent) in engineering, project management or related discipline
Ability to work full-time on-site in Ispra, Lombardy (Italy)
English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
