The COMET contract provides overall management and implementation of ground systems capabilities, flight hardware processing, and launch operations at NASA's Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Florida. These tasks will support the International Space Station, Ground Systems Development and Operations, and the Space Launch System, Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle, and Launch Services programs.
·Develops, manages, and coordinates integrated master plans and schedules to meet Program objectives
·Tracks resources and analyses, performs critical path development, and builds project plans, assessments, and required program reports
· Performs risk analysis and identifies/resolves critical path and network logic conflicts
·Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance
· Performs work control management
· Trains and mentors team members when appropriate
· Works with Engineering and Test Engineering (COMET & NASA) to build/integrate bar charts (mini schedules - P6) within flow plan
· If required, leads Scheduling/Readiness meetings and/or Team Meetings, as needed
· Prefer 5+ years of Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project and Microsoft Suite experience
This position requires:
Degreed candidates: BS or BA in a related field AND 8+ years of experience
Non-Degreed Candidates: HS diploma or equivalent AND 12+ years of experience

Compensation Details:
$80,000 - $85,000
