Customer Service Agent (Technician)
Amentum is looking for a Customer Service Representative (SPOC CSC) Role to join our Operations Team.
The CSR is a position that will support the Front of House (FOH) team to attend the customer requirements related to findings or needs around the site. This position requires a high level of customer service and communication skills. The person must be responsible, punctual, proactive, eager to learn, open to teamwork, available to fill positions, assist with internal operational activities, and be able to handle situations with a medium-to-intermediate level of stress well.
Essential Responsibilities:
•Receive internal calls from different customers to attend reports or requests on site.
•Be proactive and have experience in customer service.
•Document and create Work Orders on MAXIMO related to the findings reported.
•Generate a database with reports and calls.
•Plans, schedules, coordinates, and assigns all frequency and work type related to the customer requirement.
•Supports daily and monthly report preparation.
•Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested.
•Perform any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor or area manager, provided it falls within their technical skills and knowledge.
•Attend operation daily meetings and present KPI.
•Attend Void and hold requests related with FOH department, Sourcing and PD.
•WO complete daily report and follow up.
•WO assignment and daily print of documents require to attend to operation crew.
•Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) closing procedure.
•Perform weekly report of PM to be execute.
•Request access to card readers for internal and external workers.
•Guest registration platform management.
•Perform and attend weekly meetings to close WO.
•Negative feedback WO follow up and attendance.
•Old/Aging backlog report follow up.
•Lockers Management and random audit it.
•Availability to work overtime as required, including but not limited to vacation periods, and to cover absences as needed by the department.
•Must have knowledge in the use of digital tools such as WhatsApp, email, TEAMS, and various applications related to the line of work.
Additional Information:
•Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
•This position may require some knowledge with CMMS System (MAXIMO) is a plus.
Minimum Requirements:
•High School Diploma or demonstrated equivalent and related experience with customer services.
•CCMS Software knowledge and demonstrate experience.
•Power BI and Excel Software knowledge or similar database apps.
•Entrants to this position require 4 years of experience in customer service.
•B1, B1+ English level or demonstrated experience is a plus.
•Microsoft Office Package knowledge and demonstrated experience.
•Soft Skill such as teamwork, order, timeliness, integrity,
Physical Requirements:
•Some tasks will require repetitive wrist movement.
•Requires the flexibility to bend/stoop, squat, kneel, reach/stretch, and move in a 90-degree fashion during workday.
