Overview
The Telecom Regulatory Compliance Coordinator will be knowledgeable of RF compliance requirements, Telecom Business Management System, and CMS/Amentum Corporate Policies and Procedures. The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator is responsible for implementing and overseeing the HSE and RF compliance tasks within his/her assigned market(s). The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator will report directly to the Compliance Program Manager and will be supported by local and regional leadership.
Responsibilities
Knowledge and experience with Client databases (NRC, USH, RFSAP, IWM, etc)
Knowledge and experience with Client requirements, deliverables, and submittal processes for HSE, RFSAP, HVE, and additional related tasks
Experience working with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely achievement of all tasks required for On-Air NTP
Experience with Quality Control of Compliance and HSE deliverables
Experience supporting large, fast-moving programs in dynamic environments
Maintain all Compliance documents, database management, track project activities and team communication
Can manage high-volume requests and understanding of priorities
Must be able to prioritize projects amongst each market
Manage electronic project files
Coordinate accurate, up to date reporting of project status, scheduling, and planning
Maintain project trackers and client tracking database as required
Attend weekly deployment meetings as required

Interface with management to ensure projects are being are being delivered within schedule
Follow up with customer regarding approvals and reporting status to management.
Qualifications
Regulatory and Compliance experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task
Must be highly detail-oriented, well organized, and possess strong problem solving / analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly proficient in MS Excel.
MS Access and/or VBA skills are desirable, but not required.
Must be willing and able to quickly identify and learn department functions; existing processes; and procedures independently
Must be eligible to work for any US Employer without visa sponsorship, now or in the future
Compensation Details:
85,000 - 90,000
