Amentum is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Test Product Integrator. In this critical role, you will own the end-to-end test data collection and integration process - from requirements development through final data package distribution. Your work ensures that engineering, program leadership, and external stakeholders receive accurate, validated, and actionable test results that drive key decisions.

The Conventional Prompt Strike Test Facility (CTF) contract supports the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Weapons and Energetics Department in China Lake, CA and Crane, IN. We maintain the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, honesty and fairness in our relationships with our customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and professional associates.

The unique test site we support is perpetually in a state of planning, integration, and test execution. This fast-paced program requires initiative, teamwork, and the ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels. The team is multi-organizational, and roles span from senior program managers, engineers, on-site technicians, logistics, budget, and everything in-between.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, and Document Test Data Requirements

• Partner with engineering teams, site operations, and external stakeholders to translate test objectives into clear, measurable data requirements.

• Ensure requirements are complete, unambiguous, and aligned with overall test goals. This includes interface control and test data requirements documentation.

• Plan and Manage Test Data Flow

• Own the architecture and process for capturing, storing, and tracking test data throughout its lifecycle.

• Ensure traceability between test objectives, collected data, and final reporting.

• Perform Data Integrity and Quality Validation

• Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual checks to validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify anomalies and drive corrective actions with responsible teams.

• Generate and Distribute Data Packages

• Compile validated data, analysis outputs, and supporting documentation into comprehensive test datapackages.

• Manage version control and distribute to stakeholders on schedule.

• Act as a Collaborative Coordinator

• Serve as the central point of coordination between the site operations team, data analysts, program leadership, and external partners.

• Ensure data products are delivered in sync with test schedules and program milestones.

• Continuously Improve Processes

• Champion efficiency by evaluating tools, workflows, and standards for test data management. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and speed of delivery.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Prior experience in test integration, systems engineering, or data management preferred.

• Knowledge of defense/aerospace test environments a plus.

• US Citizen, security clearance eligible.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional Communication

• Demonstrated ability to convey complex technical information clearly in written reports, presentations, and cross-functional discussions.

• Strong Organizational Skills

• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive deliverables in a high-tempo environment while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Experience with test data systems, instrumentation outputs, version control tools, and common engineering data formats.

• Familiarity with scripting or automation for data validation (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or similar) is a plus.

• Proven ability to take full responsibility for a process or product, from requirements through delivery, while proactively driving improvements.

Essential Functions for Position

Work Environment: Can involve inside or outside work depending on the task. An inside environment may be a cubicle (considerations: close quarters, low to moderate noise, bright or dim lighting). Outside work may include various environmental conditions including warm and cold climates. No hazards on job or unusual environmental conditions.

Attendance: Normal hours are Monday - Thursday between 7:00am to 5:00pm, 7:00am to 4:00pm on non-flex Fridays. Punctuality and regular attendance are necessary to meet deadlines. Flexibility of work hours to adjust to surge situations based on critical mission requirements. With the exception of STD/LTD/FMLA & approved time off, attendance is considered essential.

Other Essential Functions: Must always demonstrate professional behavior when dealing with customers, management, and co-workers. Must have clear, concise, and accurate communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Independent personal transportation to office and/or work site is required. Travel (up to 10%) to and from customer locations and test locations may be required to support projects.
