Summary

The Depot Coordinator is responsible for the insuring that work certification is completed. This includes all aircrew survival equipment left with the aircraft.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintains access to the Aircraft Maintenance Supply Readiness Report, which provides readiness data to the Government to include aircraft status and location, parts status, and inspection status.  

• Repair Station personnel participation appropriate to the Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) situation and addresses the repair plan, personnel deployment, travel, and material and tool sourcing and shipping.

• Sources required parts and ensures delivery timelines and met for both CONUS and OCONUS Depots.

• Works with Logistics Manager to ensure plan is instituted and updated to meet all potential Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) events.

• Provides immediate support where needed and insures there staffing levels are sufficient for all AOG events.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ Years of Aircraft Supply/Logistics/Airfield Experience

• Must meet security clearance requirements and physical demands of the role.
