Amentum has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Asset Management Supervisor to join their team in Alice Springs, NT - Australia.

THE ROLE
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
As the Asset Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for the strategic management and implementation of the Operations and Maintenance Asset Management Program at OASIS. This role will drive asset management culture whilst providing leadership, management and oversight of all asset-related service agreements, annual planning, budgeting and regulatory compliance utilizing asset life cycle condition modelling, maintenance optimization, and regulatory compliance monitoring. The position requires you to foster program performance in the optimization of asset operational resiliency, reliability, efficiency and capability.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the Asset Management team.
Provide leadership, management and vision to enable the delivery of consistently high-quality results that meet Statement of work requirements whilst strategically focusing the Asset management team.
Manage the identification, development, implementation, coordination and monitoring of processes to ensure integrity of asset information across multiple platforms.
Manage the Program’s strategic investment pipeline planning through industry- standard techniques, inclusive of infrastructure lifecycle modelling and in-field equipment baselining, and condition monitoring.
Manage the analysis and reporting of service delivery risks, providing recommendations on performance threats and opportunities, in support of Program Statement of Work requirements and business development.
Lead the analysis and reporting of asset data, historical records and projected service demand forecasts in support of engineering studies, compliance initiatives, audits and capital investment.
Lead and manage the operational integration and streamlining of Program functional areas as relevant to the asset management service.
Manage the development and implementation and enhancement of all asset management related documentation.
Maintain health and safety within the workplace by promoting safety awareness initiatives, discussions and trainings, encouraging a safety focused culture and participating and reviewing risk assessments for those under their supervision.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Leadership, Asset, and Project management
Annual Capital Planning and Asset Lifecycle Modelling
Facilities Operations and Maintenance, and Logistics
Process development and management
Strong communication, administration skills and the ability to engage with varied stakeholders
Experience with MS Officer operating system
WORK ENVIRONMENT, PHYSICAL DEMANDS, AND MENTAL DEMANDS
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 10kgs, kneeling, standing and walking, routinely sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, and must be able to work under deadlines.

EHS REQUIREMENT
