Definition:

Incumbents at this level work under the instruction of the Quality Control Inspector and the direction of the Chief Quality Control Inspector to maintain and update aircraft records and logbooks; enter maintenance information on aircraft, engines, and components in electronic and hard copy for aircraft records including life limited critical safety of flight parts; maintain aircraft files and significant maintenance records and files.

Minimum Qualifications:

Possession of the following: High School Diploma or GED, a valid Class-C Driver’s License and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. It is recommended the incumbent attain a State typing certificate of at least 40 words per minute.

Knowledge and Abilities:

Aircraft logbook record keeping procedures; computer system operations for electronic record keeping; hard copy logbook record requirement and procedures; life limited parts records; maintenance and organization of aircraft record files. Type accurately; maintain and update aircraft logbook records; track life limited critical safety of flight parts; make electronic and hard copy logbook record entries; maintain aircraft files and significant maintenance records and files.

Compensation & Benefits

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $35.97 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education,
