This is a Supervisory Leadership position with responsibilities in overseeing a team that works on complex project management and business systems scope in support of large facilities and maintenance teams. Provide project systems management for a large facilities operations team that supports a Global High Tech/Manufacturing client in the Phoenix, AZ area This is a Site Leadership position with responsibilities in overseeing complex project management and business systems scope in support of large facilities and maintenance teams.
In addition, this position is responsible for all basic management responsibilities including, but not limited to staffing and development, evaluation and recognition, leadership, and subcontractor relations. Researches and formulates related policies and procedures to ensure all associated administrative procedures are current and audit ready.
Responsibilities:
Manage both technical and administrative staff.
Develop training programs to increase team service capabilities along with on boarding
of new employees.
Drive high quality results which exceed the client’s expectations.
Respond to and addresses the day-to-day issues that surface with the client,
understanding what issues require escalation.
Develop and maintain positive relationship with client.
Develop personnel to achieve a high-performance team
Collaborates with the Hard Service, Soft Service, and other team member for the proper
transfer of work from the maintenance team to the project team.
Ensures the review and tracking of all payables through a P.O. system.
Monitor contractors work and ensure work is being performed in accordance with
contract specification
out Monitors and maintains a safe work environment for themselves and their team.
Continually evaluate service delivery process and make needed changes to drive cost
savings initiatives.
Drive consistency in project bidding and reduce project completion timelines.
Partner with other site managers for the creation and implementation of site-specific cost
reducing programs that meet and/or exceed established savings targets.
Root cause and corrective actions and systems improvements).

Minimum Requirements:
equivalent and related experience.
Personnel & organizational management and leadership skills
5 years of property or project management experience.
5 years of experience with personnel management.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment background

Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
Ability to read, understand, and implement the applicable Service Level Agreements and
contracts with designated suppliers.
Experience with use of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
