In Poland, Amentum offices are located in Warsaw and Kraków. The latter is our Global Delivery Organization (GDO) hub, employing over 130 professionals across both Project Delivery (Project Services and Creative Sales Services) and Corporate Functions (HR, IT, Accounting, Payroll, and Financial Planning & Analysis).

About the Opportunity

Our Creative Solutions Team is currently searching for a DTP Specialist to join the Kraków office on a full-time employment contract in a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities:

  • Format, edit, and publish Business Development bid/proposal, business and technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and subject matter experts within Business Development, Marketing and Comms, Project teams and others to gather content, ensure accuracy and develop documents.
  • Apply templates and style guides to produce high-quality deliverables (Word, InDesign, PDF).
  • Work within our established Brand Guidelines to produce consistent and high-quality products.
  • Manage version control and document workflows across multiple projects.
  • Support layout, graphics integration, and document automation.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming and ideation sessions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high quality.


Here's What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Desktop Publishing, Communications, English Philology, Journalism or related field.
  • Fluent spoken and written English at B2 level.
  • 1 - 3 years’ professional experience in a Desktop Publishing role in a Corporate setting would be a bonus but not essential.
  • Portfolio demonstrating examples of previous Desktop Publishing works recommended.
  • Advanced proficiency in Desktop Publishing software (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat).
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Understanding of version control, document standards, and accessibility compliance (e.g., WCAG, PDF/UA).
  • Knowledge of corporate branding and formatting standards.
  • Ability to take briefs and translate them into effective documents.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of accessibility compliance (e.g., WCAG, PDF/UA).
  • Experience with Digital Content Creation Platforms such as Ceros and Foleon, and Online Learning Experience software (Articulate 360) is a plus.
  • Strong team player, with demonstrated organisation and attention to details skills and accuracy.
  • Ability to occasionally travel and work outside of normal hours - with sufficient notice.
