The Enterprise Solutions Architect spearheads the formulation of groundbreaking solutions for Amentum’s highest-value strategic capture efforts, typically valued at $1B+ TCV. This role requires deep domain expertise and proven experience driving complex solutioning efforts and developing high-impact solutions. The successful Enterprise Solutions Architect engages early in new business pursuits and drives solution strategies and strengths-based solutioning that address critical customer missions resulting in highly rated proposal responses and wins.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic solutions for the largest government opportunities.

  • Ensure the creation of high-quality artifacts for all capture stages.

  • Engage in high-level customer interactions to gather insights and validate solutions.

  • Shape win strategies and technical solution narratives.

  • Conduct capability gap analyses and competitive assessments.

  • Influence strategic teaming partner selections and vetting of key personnel candidates.

  • Guide and mentor solutions architects and SMEs through management and technical volume content development.

  • Strategically shape and position high-stakes opportunities to maximize scoring and win potential.

  • Refine and execute robust solutioning playbooks and repeatable processes.

  • Represent the company in executive briefings and ideation workshops with stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s or advanced degrees preferred.

  • 15+ years of extensive experience in solutions architecture, with a focus on large government and DoD capture efforts.

  • Proven track record of success developing complex and compelling solutions for $1B+ contracts including GSA AAS/FEDSIM opportunities.

  • Deep understanding of solution development processes, color reviews, and the proposal development lifecycle.

  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes and tangible results; ability to work independently and collaborate with large teams

  • Strong communication skills (writing, speaking, and listening); ability to articulate solutions and rationale for design decisions

  • Expert certifications such as PMP, ITIL 4, CISSP, SAFe Agilist, and relevant cloud certifications.

  • Extensive experience in color reviews and crafting winning proposal artifacts.

  • US Citizenship is required.

       

Compensation Details:

164,000 - 204,000.00

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
