Our Intelligence & Cyber Business Unit is seeking a dedicated HR Operations Professional to play a pivotal role in enhancing our HR functions. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in data integrity, Workday support, compliance management, project coordination, and onboarding/offboarding processes. Data Integrity
Respond to data calls using Workday, Power BI, and other reporting tools to pull and analyze data, ensuring accurate and timely information for decision-making.
Regularly run reports and validate data to ensure accuracy, supporting reliable reporting and compliance.
Collaborate with HRIS to provide tools for self-service reporting, empowering employees and managers with accessible data.
Workday Support
Train HR and new leaders on Workday Manager self-service tools, enhancing their ability to manage teams and processes efficiently.
Set up and maintain supervisory organizations, ensuring the organizational structure is accurately reflected in Workday.
Participate in testing and provide feedback during Workday optimization cycles, improving system functionality and user experience.
Support new contract setups in Workday, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new employees.
Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to company policies and federal/state employment laws through regular audits and reviews, mitigating risks and ensuring ethical practices.
Respond to and actively support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with DCAA and SOX regulations, demonstrating commitment to transparency.
Develop internal mechanisms to regularly validate the effectiveness and efficiency of policies and processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
Project Management Coordination
Coordinate HR-related projects, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion, contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
Onboarding and Offboarding
Facilitate orientation schedules for HR Partners on a weekly basis, enhancing the onboarding experience and productivity of new employees.
Oversee and continuously improve the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, to include New Employee Orientation and onboarding experience
Support offboarding activities aligned with SOX controls
Required Qualifications:
5+ Years of experience with at least 2 years in an HR Operations or Generalist type role
Strong knowledge of DCAA and SOX compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Desired Qualifications:
SHRM-CP or equivalent certification.
Familiarity with Workday systems and Power BI analytics.
Active U.S. Government Security Clearance Preferred but not required
