Amentum is seeking a professional and energetic Resource Manager to provide management, coordination, and oversight of the hiring operations for a large program within the Intelligence & Cyber Business Group. The selected candidate will provide data management, trend analysis, and act as liaison between the operations, security and recruiting components. This candidate should currently possess or be capable of quickly gaining knowledge of full life cycle of Amentum recruiting, security vetting, and hiring processes.
As an Intelligence Community Resource Manager, you will provide a wide range of support including but not limited to:
Processing candidates compliantly and tracking candidate activity through Amentum’s recruiting process
Liaising with other departments including Security, HR, Training, and Operations to ensure all requirements are met as expeditiously as possible
Collaborate with project managers and department heads to identify resource requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects
Assisting managers with various Talent Acquisition projects as needed
Traveling for career/job fair support as needed
Track trends in staffing requirements, conduct needs assessments, and provide recommendations and solutions
Work Environment
This position is performed in a traditional office environment with an occasional requirement of being able to travel when needed and being able to move boxes/shipping materials of approximately 25 lbs.
Minimum Qualifications
An active Top-Secret US Government Security clearance and the ability to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance with polygraph. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret/Top-Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment and relate well to others
Ability to show initiative and commitment to the company’s goals
Ability to readily adapt to changing requirements
Strong commitment to always performing and producing at the highest level of quality
Ability to manage individual workflow effectively and improve processes when necessary
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers both in written and verbal communications
A detail-oriented mindset to maintain accurate resource records and documentation.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
Four or more years of experience in a recruiting assistant/coordinator, customer service, or HR assistant role
A detail-oriented mindset to maintain accurate resource records and documentation
Prior experience with applicant tracking systems
Customer service oriented, helpful, patient, honest and transparent with strong attention to detail
Proactive self-starter able to engage candidates, who anticipates and preemptively solves problems
Effective communicator, clearly outlines expectations and respectfully holds people accountable
Able to effectively multi-task and balance several priorities all at once
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
