INDUSEC/INFOSEC Manager Senior

Amentum is seeking a INDUSEC/INFOSEC Manager Senior to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the review and update of policies governing INDUSEC and INFOSEC programs for ARNG Intelligence networks, classified spaces, and GIS programs.
  • Oversees risk management strategies by implementing technological solutions that prevent, detect, and mitigate threats within the operational environment.
  • Directs the assessment and revision of security policies, procedures, and compliance measures to align with DoD and IC cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of System Security Plans (SSPs) and accreditation documentation for classified environments while coordinating the implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF), DIACAP, and NISCAP standards.
  • Tracks Certification and Accreditation (C&A) milestones using Xacta and submits RMF documentation through eMASS to maintain compliance with cybersecurity policies.
  • Provides guidance and oversight for INFOSEC, INDUSEC, COMSEC, Foreign Disclosure (FD), and Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP) policies to ARNG G-2 personnel.
  • Evaluates cybersecurity risks by conducting impact analyses, identifying vulnerabilities, and mapping threat vectors.
  • Develops Risk Findings Reports that recommend security controls and acceptable risk levels to support decision-making.
  • Coordinates with intelligence and cybersecurity teams to refine policy frameworks, enhance operational security measures, and integrate best practices into intelligence support operations.
  • Leads policy updates to address emerging threats, technological advancements, and evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Participates in the Security & Compliance center, Emerging Tech & Threat working group, Cybersecurity & RMF working group, and engages in Tech & Innovation board as required. Participates in other cells and working groups as needed.

Required:

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
  • 10-15 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
