Description of Duties:
The Integration, Test, and Automation Lead supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
• Lead team in troubleshooting system anomalies.
• Lead team in training execution, knowledge sharing and task management.
• Have supervisory duties that include:
o Timecards
o Performance management
o Performance reviews.
• Lead Program Increment Planning Events.
• Own and manage control account management (CAM) duties for all labor and material control accounts within the functional area.
• Participate in government partner meetings and communicate overviews with IRES teammates, to include briefing and responding to questions as required.
• Oversee and manage hiring duties for the team.
• Manage program risks.
The successful candidate will:
• Have a strength in written and verbal communication skills.

Basic Requirements:
• Must have 7, or more, years of direct IT experience
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Field.
• Must have experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Microsoft Windows.
• Must have 2, or more, years working on the Missile Defense Space Enterprise Architecture (MDSEA), including the MDSEA Enterprise Ground Services (MEGS) environments.
• Must have Scrum Master experience.
• Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II, or higher, certification (ex: Security+).
• Must have an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
This position is expected to pay $150,000 - $180,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
