Amentum is seeking a software tester or developer with at least 1 year of experience in Agile processes to support multiple Navy development teams in Dahlgren, Va. by producing software test procedures, supporting test events, and conducting analysis activities. 

Junior Software Tester Responsibilities Include:

• Analysis of software and requirements to produce test procedures for independent verification & validation of software performance.

•  Support test activities, events, and execute test procedures

• Capture and report identified defects from tests back to the development team for their tracking

• Translate requirements and use cases into test scripts that will measure the system's ability to meet the functional requirements 

• Produce test reports with detail analysis of software performance

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline, or two years of Software Testing and/or software development process related experience.

• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• An Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.
