HIRING SALARY RANGE: $75,000- $135,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Knowledge Manager Responsibilities Include:
Acquires, collects, organizes, shares, and maintains organization knowledge assets and knowledge base to support decision making.
Develops and implements knowledge management strategies under direction of government.
Gathers and supports digital educations requirements from government, facilitating trainings and resources for digital education.
Supports digital war room development and maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or software development or related field with minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering and digital engineering OR (In Lieu of degree) High School diploma and 11 years of professional experience in operations
Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.
Knowledge of program management principles and practices, including scheduling, risk management, and performance measurement.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources and develop insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in public affairs, strategic communications, or congressional/organizational communications.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, Lists, and Excel.
Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
Familiarity with digital collaboration platforms and data-informed decision-making.
Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of event planning, internal coordination, and military protocol is a plus.
