Purpose and Scope

The Maintenance Planner and Scheduler is responsible for developing and monitoring maintenance work schedules to ensure the efficient and effective utilization of OASIS staff and resources. This role coordinates necessary permits and access authorities with stakeholders to enable timely and safe access to systems and equipment. The Maintenance Planner and Scheduler plays a key role in ensuring maintenance operations are organized, compliant, and aligned with mission objectives.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Certificate IV in Business Administration
  • Certificate in Planning and Scheduling Activities

    Desirable:

    • Trade qualification

    Tickets and Licenses

    Essential:

    • Current Driver’s Licence

    Desirable:

    • CPR and First Aid Certification
    • White Card

    Experience and Skills

    • Demonstrated experience in a planning and scheduling role
    • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and continuous improvement

    Work Environment and Demands

    This role is performed in a professional office environment within a dynamic operational site. The position may involve routine administrative activities, coordination with multiple departments, and working under time-sensitive schedules. Attention to accuracy, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork are critical.

    Security Clearance Requirement

    Employment is conditional upon obtaining and maintaining the appropriate security and medical clearances required for work at the SITE.

    Australian: Top Secret Positive Vetting (TS/PV) clearance

    U.S.: Top Secret / SCI (TS/SSCI) clearance

    STATEMENT OF WORK REQUIREMENTS

    At least 18 years of age.

    Able to fluently read, write and speak English

    Australian or US citizen
