**Contingent on Contract Award Expected in May/June 2025*** 

Amentum is seeking several talented and experienced Management Analysts to support the Program Executive Office, Submarines (PEO Submarines). The Management Analysts will develop, analyze, evaluate, advise on, and/or improve the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a SECRET Clearance.  

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite 365.

  • Able to efficiently use the latest reporting, analysis, and communication technology.

Management Analyst I additional required qualifications (four positions):

  • Requires a HS diploma (BA/BS preferred); at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

  • Understanding of data analysis, research methods, and workforce development concepts.

  • Strong communication, documentation, and data collection skills (surveys, interviews, etc.).

  • Experience with data entry, conducting interviews, and assisting with stakeholder workshops.

Management Analyst II additional required qualifications (six positions):

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree.

  • Requires 5-12 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, workforce development trends, and project management basics.

  • Demonstrated experience with conducting interviews, analyzing data sets, and facilitating the organization and running of stakeholder workshops.

HIRING SALARY RANGE:

Management Analyst I: $90,000 - $137,000

(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Management Analyst II: $118,000 - $153,000
