The Program is a premier program in the industry that advances the use of tactical and strategic Identity Intelligence tradecraft to inform decision-makers, from ground force commanders to international partners and national security policymakers. Our employees lead the Intelligence community in providing superior Identity Intelligence analysis and developing innovative data-driven solutions, supporting the customer through intelligence analysis and tradecraft proliferation.

Responsibilities:

Conducts research within relevant databases, compiles and analyzes necessary data, and synthesizes information to provide an assessment within the scope of the assigned mission, within a government approved format.

Performs technical intelligence analysis of IED and other improvised weapon system incidents, fusing the intelligence with other forensic data and all-source intelligence data to provide attribution of individuals and groups to devices and events.

Analyzes devices and events to determine technical profiles and signatures.

Employs expertise in doctrine; tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs); and mission sets associated with Special Operations and conventional Forces.

Demonstrates working knowledge using complex analytic methodologies, such as structured analytic techniques, or alternative approaches, to examine biases, assumptions and theories to eliminate uncertainty, strengthen analytic arguments, and mitigate surprise. Structured analytic techniques include, but not limited to, Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Devil’s Advocacy, High-Impact / Low-Impact Analysis, Red Team Analysis and Alternative Futures Analysis.

Identifies insurgent and IED networks, which include leaders, facilitators, financiers, cell members and bomb makers to identify potential targets for possible lethal and non-lethal action.

Develops, processes, and evaluates TECHINT/Weapon Intelligence data; produces all source intelligence exploitation and device attribution reports, products, and databases; supports development of associated weapons and IED and related device technologies to analyze devices and events to identify technical profiles and signatures. Weapon data may include, but not limited to, seismic, acoustic, infrasound, very low frequency, and extremely low frequency electromagnetic sources and triggering devices.

Collaborates with IC, scientific and academia partners as necessary to assess ongoing and new technology developments and analytical production pertaining to TECHINT/Weapon Intelligence capabilities.

Clearance Required : TS/SCI

Minimum Education: High School Diploma

Minimum Years of Experience: 8 yrs. related experience w/ Bachelor's, 12 yrs. w/o Degree
