Description of Duties:
The Operations Support Manager supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
• Lead organization personnel management actions, including tracking staffing activities, managing employee training and certification status and leading organization morale and welfare activities.
o Facilitate personnel In/Out/Move Processing for the organization by managing seating assignments, coordinating with move coordinators, working with the proper teams for equipment updates, physical moves and facilitation of employee coordination.
o Coordinate paperwork and monitor approval of Visitor Access Requests (VARs) and other Schriever SFB security requirements
• Perform Cost Account Manager (CAM) duties for selected cost accounts as required.
• Support the knowledge management team on development and coordination requirements on contractual documentation creation and delivery.
The successful candidate will:
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Be able to brief senior corporate and Government leadership
• Have established and successful organizational skills allowing for positive management of multiple tasks and priorities efficiently

Basic Requirements:
• Must have 6, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
o May be reduced with completion of advanced education
• Must have 4, or more, years of directly related experience
• Must have 1, or more, years of experience working in a management or leadership role
• Experience managing day-to-day activities of a company or organization, including processes, systems, and resources.
• Experience with tasks associated with project management, data analysis, process improvement, and effective collaboration to achieve organizational and managerial goals
• Experience with personnel management
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Desired Requirements:
• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Organizational Management or similar program
• Be able to interpret data and conclude meaningful insights to support inform decision-making
• Be able to actively problem solve, identify issues and evaluate potential outcomes that lead to positive solutions.
• Have developed leadership skills, providing motivation and support to different teams
This position is expected to pay $ 110 ,000 - $ 130 ,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
