About the OpportunityFor our Global Delivery Organization (GDO) in Krakow we are currently looking for a Planning and Scheduling Engineer to work within Energy & Environment International Business Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating schedule and understanding relationships between activities
- Collecting Multi-Disciplinary input to update the schedule
- Identification of delay in the schedule and preparing mitigation plan
- Highlighting Critical Path, Risks & Project opportunities to senior members of the Project / Programme Team
- Processing technical, financial and staffing information
- Deploy, implement, and train on standard planning/scheduling procedures.
- Coordinate with other project controls and project team disciplines to develop deliverables.
- Develop and implement of earned value systems to measure project progress.
Here's What You'll Need - Master’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related technical field.
- Proficiency in planning/scheduling systems (Primavera or MS Project).
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex planning/scheduling information to varied audiences.
- Experience in engineering work processes, Gantt charts, Critical Path Analysis, and earned value progress.
- Ability to promote a positive working atmosphere and motivate peers and junior staff.
- Independent, proactive, accurate, with strong analytical and organizing skills.
