Amentum is seeking a dedicated results-oriented individual to support NSWC Dahlgren Division H-Department. 

Program Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Managing cost, schedule, and performance of Task Order

• Leading staff providing USW technical and finance support

• Meeting regularly with government leadership and COR to coordinate technical, staffing and finance issues.

• Responding to all Government data calls in a timely manner.

• Scheduling and presenting task order status during customer monthly finance meetings.

• Working with financial analyst and technical leadership to prepare Limitations of Funding (LOF) notifications, Monthly Reports, cost estimates and invoices.

• Providing funding for sub-contractors

• Hosting weekly task order meetings to review topics of interest

• Attending and presenting task order status at monthly Amentum PMRs.

• Providing career counseling and mentoring for staff.

• Encouraging a safe work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline or ten (10) years of a demonstrated knowledge base and subject matter expertise relevant to specific technical disciplines of the SOW.

• Ten (10) years of professional research, systems engineering, design, and development experience with combat, weapon, or fire control systems.

• Demonstrated experience and ability to manage large projects including acting as primary point of contact for Contractor's tasking; formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach; and establishing and controlling technical milestones, schedules, and costs for day-to-day execution. Experience monitoring tasks in accordance with an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

• Five (5) years of concurrent experience as a Program Manager for a contract comparable in scope and size to this effort that includes supporting the engineering and development of a Maritime major combat, weapon, or fire control systems program, including experience directing a multi-disciplined team of technical experts to produce required products within cost, schedule and time constraints.

• Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.
