Join our EPIC team as a Project Coordinator, where you’ll play a critical role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects within the defense and construction sectors. Reporting to the Project Support Supervisor, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and the Proposals team to ensure smooth execution of multiple projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating project timelines, budgets, and subcontractor management
  • Communicating with internal & external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Maintaining project documentation and records with high accuracy
  • Organizing and assisting in meetings, action plans, and reporting
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the Project Support Supervisor & Project Managers
  • Proactively identifying risks & opportunities to keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in construction/project management or high-level administration
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, or SharePoint (preferred but not essential)

Qualifications & Licenses (Desirable but Not Essential):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or Business
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • C Class Driver’s License & White Card (or ability to obtain)

Applicants must be an USA citizen who have a TS/SCI or Australian Citizen who can obtain the appropriate level of security clearance.
