Responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve products, services and processes to meet established quality standards. Prepares and implements quality assurance policies and procedures and perform routine inspections and quality tests. Identifies and resolves workflow and production issues and ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed. Addresses and evaluates issues and proposed solutions with management and documents activities creating audit reports. Provides recommendations for improvements, training materials and operating manuals. Ensures compliance with industry regulations and quality requirements, analyzes audit outcomes, carries out appropriate corrective procedures and oversees risk management procedures.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Management or Business discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in quality assurance and extensive quality assurance or control experience, of which three (3) years experience required in a maintenance or training position and three (3) years experience must be directly related to Naval systems.
