About the Opportunity:Due to a significant period of growth, we are looking for a SAP ERP & Data Expert to join our team and to implement world-class end-to-end-processes to support a major project in south Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The objective of this project is to serve as the Technical Supplier responsible for developing world-class Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul, and Upgrade (MROU) processes. These processes will be fully integrated with existing supply chain and business operations to ensure seamless functionality and efficiency. The project includes the implementation of these MROU processes into an SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide digital infrastructure. Additionally, the project will deliver a comprehensive MROU knowledge and data management architecture, incorporating advanced data analytics and visualization capabilities to support informed decision-making. A critical component of the initiative is the training and familiarization of staff, enabling them to effectively utilize, manage, and continuously improve the MROU processes.
Key Responsibilities: - To work with UK ERP/Data experts, remotely and in the SAMI office, to support creation of the suite of MROU processes.
- To interface with the MROU team to ensure processes developed are SAP ERP compatible and implement processes through SAMI ERP provider.
- To map the SAMI data landscape and create knowledge and data management structures, including analytics and visualisation/dashboards.
- To enable ERP/Data workshops.
- To familiarise the SAMI MROU team with operationalisation of their processes and SAP ERP functionality.
- To build relationships with the client and other stakeholders relevant to the project.
Here’s What You’ll Need: - At least 10 years ERP/Data experience.
- Experience with SAP ERP (ideally MRO modules) implementation.
- Detailed knowledge of world-class ERP implementation for MROU management.
- Ability to implement a suite of world-class end-to-end MROU processes in client SAP ERP.
- Ability to interface with client SAP ERP provider.
- To work normal week with the Amentum team in the SAMI office and engage the client.
- Office locations to be confirmed: start in South Riyadh, then Al-Kharj from Sep/Oct 25.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Adaptable to unexpected and changing project needs.
- Ideally, fluent in Arabic (verbal and written).
