 Amentum is seeking a Scrum Master with experience in Agile, Jira, and Confluence to support multiple Navy development teams in Dahlgren, Va.  

Scrum Master Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as a certified Scrum Master on multiple development teams

  • Contribute to the development of QA processes, including the efficient capture and reporting of identified defects from tests back to the development team for their tracking

  • Translate requirements and use cases into test scripts that will measure the system's ability to meet the functional requirements 

  • Create/Manage version control process

  • Create/Manage a consolidated repository for all logged defects for tracking purposes

  • Create/Manage data mapping for requirements to test scripts

  • Perform detail analysis of design, implementation, and derived code to ensure sufficient accuracy, validity, safety, and fidelity exists – before releasing to production

Minimum Skills and Requirements:

  • This position requires at least 2-years of applicable experience across Agile and development/development lifecycle support roles.

  • Demonstrable experience in the definition of Scrum Master Standards, Processes and Procedures.

  • Experience creating, executing, and amending project plans.

  • Demonstrates understanding of scope, schedule and planning; understanding of time management, resource management cost management. Possesses good project management skills.

  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance.
