Amentum is seeking a Security Monitor Supervisor located in the Williamsburg area of Virginia. The Supervisor is responsible for providing necessary resources, processes and procedures to ensure full compliance with security monitor requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing a security office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Supervise a complex program in a diverse and dynamic environment with short-notice tasking’s under high pressure situations.
  • Ensure adherence to the organization’s security policies and guidelines.
  • Initiate disciplinary measures and recommend awards as needed.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance metrics to the Security Manager.
  • Create and maintain security monitor work and vacation schedules.
  • Maintain accurate time and attendance documentation.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules
  • Responsible for resolving any incidents that occur and implementing preventative measures to protect the integrity of the security monitor workforce
  • Create strategies depending on the organization's needs, coordinate personnel and monitor equipment
  • Works closely with client representatives in planning and coordinating all necessary requirements.
  • Demonstrate and apply highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • US Citizen
  • 5 years’ Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice preferred or 10 years of Security management equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Expert computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Government issued Top Secret clearance with polygraph required.
