We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations for the team.

Senior Administrative Assistant

  • Accommodate guests, communicate, and work with other admins within the organization to achieve department goals, discreetly handle sensitive paperwork, communicate with employees of all levels.
  • Manage and optimize calendars, meetings, and appointments for the leadership team.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Maintain log of Executive Correspondence with Client and workforce.
  • Provide daily support to Test Range Manager, Department Managers, Section Managers, Project Managers, and employees.
  • Prepare for meetings by arranging catering, audiovisual needs, agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Assist in Travel coordination - assisting personnel in travel authorizations, booking of travel, and expense report submissions.
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Power Point, Word, and Excel to create, maintain, and edit a variety of presentations, spreadsheets, and documents.
  • Utilize skills to copy / scan / email.
  • Apply in-depth understanding of role to be able to listen to requests for assistance and follow through with little to no supervision to obtain the desired end product.
  • Professionally represent the Company when communicating with internal and external customers (i.e. phone messages, greeting guests, reach back, etc.).
  • Regularly status appropriate employee action(s) to ensure timely completion needed by any department (travel, credit card, training, etc).
  • Purchasing supplies/materials with Corporate Purchasing Card & monthly reconciliation of purchases.
  • Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other duties as required.


The base salary range for this position is $54,700 to $80,200. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, for “remote” positions, salary to be offered is geographic dependent. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance, active Top Secret Clearance is desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. An Associate’s Degree is desirable.
  • Must have a demonstrated record of concise writing and document editing.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Products (Access, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft operating system and Adobe software programs is required.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be cordial and maintain a professional demeanor.
