Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer Integration Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between development and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.

You would be responsible for overseeing the teams design, implementation, and maintenance of complex cloud-based systems within our Government customer’s existing infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and reliable cloud solutions.

• Subsystem Integration: Oversee the integration of component subsystems into a unified whole, ensuring they function together effectively.

• Implementation and Planning: Specialize in the implementation, planning, coordination, scheduling, testing, improvement, and maintenance of IT systems.

• System Analysis: Analyze existing systems and infrastructure to identify upgrade needs and integration possibilities.

• Responsible for integrating component subsystems into a cohesive whole and ensuring they function together.

• Communicates with Government to determine optimal subsystem pricing/sourcing.

• Reports to leadership and stakeholders on infrastructure capabilities.

• Plans, coordinates, schedules, tests, improves, and maintains IT systems.

• Collaborates with software developers, network engineers, and Government leads to ensure seamless integration of systems.

• Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation for all integration processes and systems.

• Troubleshoots and resolves complex integration issues in a timely manner.

• Stays up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices to continuously improve integration processes.

• Mentors and provides guidance to junior engineers on the team.

• Analyzes existing systems and infrastructure to identify upgrade needs and integration opportunities.

• Designs controls and processes that utilize available audit tools.

• Maintains up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology.

• Assesses a project's technology infrastructure and explores options for moving legacy and new applications to the cloud then oversees the migration and maintains the new system.

• Develops and modifies scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure on IaaS and PaaS platforms.

• Assists in the design and management of an organization's cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy.

• Incorporates security management and privacy requirements into cloud hardware, software, and applications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in DevOps engineering and integration management.

• Ability to analyze and improve existing systems and processes.

• Ability to initiate, supervise, and/or develop requirements for complex to extremely complex programs from inception to conclusion.

• Performs highly specialized, technical tasks associated with current and cutting-edge technologies.

• Recognized Industry Leader in their area of Expertise.

• 8+ years of experience in system integration, with a strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and subsystem integration.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Strong understanding of networking, security, and data management principles.

• Excellent planning, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to develop & use exceptionally complex concepts & processes that span multiple organizations and disciplines.

• Leads and mentors multiple Junior/Mid-level personnel.

• Evaluates & recommends new technology & processes based upon cost, risk, mission.

Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Poly (or obtainable CI Poly)

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or Senior level work experience in the related labor category.

Minimum Years of Experience: 8-12+ Senior level work experience in the related labor category.

Required Certifications: Applicable software/hardware /management training & certifications.
