The Program is a premier program in the industry that advances the use of tactical and strategic Identity Intelligence tradecraft to inform decision-makers, from ground force commanders to international partners and national security policymakers. Our employees lead the Intelligence community in providing superior Identity Intelligence analysis and developing innovative data-driven solutions, supporting the customer through intelligence analysis and tradecraft proliferation.

Responsibilities:

The I2AS Intelligence Planner employs intelligence expertise and knowledge to assist in the integration of Defense and National intelligence support capabilities, including collection, analytic and targeting activities, into overarching operational planning functions and efforts across the DoD. Mission areas for Intelligence Planner assistance include, but not limited to:

• Development of Identity Intelligence within both Army and Joint doctrine, campaign plans, OPORDS, CONOPS and support to the deliberate planning, crisis management, and time sensitive planning in support of Army Service Component Commands, Combatant Commands, Joint Task Forces and other joint and Army Commands.

• Serves as a subject matter expert in assisting U.S. and NATO organizations in integrating I2 into training exercises, particularly during the exercise planning stage.

• Assist with red teaming and intelligence operations feasibility assessments within the planning process.

• Incorporating Identity Intelligence within all scopes of military operations, particularly focused on the EUCOM AOR and integrating with NATO.

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

• 12 yrs. w/ Master's Degree & Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) or equivalent, 17 w/ Bachelor's Degree & Army CGSC.

• Experience as an operational planner at Brigade level or higher.

• Demonstrated thorough understanding of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries, clearly articulating key findings.

• Demonstrated experience regularly engaging with senior leaders, including SES and General Officers.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner both verbally and non-verbally, with strong grammar skills.

• Demonstrated knowledge using complex analytic methodologies, such as structured analytic techniques or alternative approaches, to examine biases, assumptions, and theories to eliminate uncertainty, strengthen analytic arguments, and mitigate surprise. Structured analytic techniques include, but not limited to, Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, Devil’s Advocacy, High-Impact / Low-Impact Analysis, Red Team Analysis and Alternative Futures Analysis.

• Demonstrated comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal to no oversight.

• Ability to frequently travel on TDY (CONUS & OCONUS).
