In this role you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic security systems.  Performing preventive maintenance requirements.  Performing inspections, evaluations, and inventory. Providing on-site project oversight of installation work being completed

Essential responsibilities and activities include but are not limited to:

• Leading teams on Small, Medium, and Large installation projects with limited supervision.
• Manage and Mitigate Subcontractors and Local Support Teams.
• Provide direct interface and communication with the customer.
• Properly be able to identify, manage, and mitigate project related issues.
• Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks and Safety Audits.
• Installing and Maintaining equipment at both the local and global level per design packages.
• Programming and Installation of head end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV systems.
• Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level.
• Lead the on-site software commissioning and testing.
• Lead inspections, evaluations, and inventory
• Performing Take off project drawings
• Create, Document and Track RFIs.
• Design assist and feedback
• Documenting daily reports and project progress. 
• Communicating project and team member issues/concerns to management
• Create and manage Project schedule
• Integration of IDS, ACS and CCTV systems
• Forecast and Manage Project Labor Hours
• Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Subordinates
• Guide and Mentor Technicians

Position/Candidate Requirements:.

• Requires a Valid driver's license.
• Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record.
• A valid Passport with the ability to travel 75% to 85% of the year (EMEA Wide)
• Education
  • Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or
  • Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program or
  • Three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities
• Required Progressive Experience:
  • 10+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs
• The ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English, with strong Oral, Written and Presentation Skills.
• Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills is a plus.

Abilities:

• Lifts at least 100 pounds at one time and 60 pounds for an extended period of time.
• Relocates a 12 foot step ladder without assistance.
• Work independently with little or no supervision.
• Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of ladders.
• Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis.
• Possess good vision (may be corrected vision), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English.
• May use a standard ladder without exceeding the weight limit while carrying tools.
• Tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
• Apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
• Combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (including finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events).
• See details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
• Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
