About the Opportunity The Social Value Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social value initiatives that align with our company's mission and objectives. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including community groups, local authorities, and internal teams, to ensure the successful delivery of social value projects.
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, creativity and a passion for doing the right thing. We need someone who can work in a diverse team, spread across the UK, with great communications skills and an interest in continuous learning. If you have these skills and qualities and want to develop your career, this is the role for you.
Key Responsiblities: - Facilitating and monitoring project based social value activity and measurement
- Writing case studies for internal and external use
- Authoring submissions for various accreditation/benchmarking and awards
- Engagement and support for future pre-employment programmes
- Stay up to date with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social value.
Here’s What You’ll Need: - Confident written skills
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
- A passion for social value
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to interrogate, analyse and present data
- Well organised and be able to work to tight deadlines
- Good visual communication skills and an ability to translate the data into a simple message
- Effective project management skills with the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social value principles, frameworks, and measurement tools.
- Experience of using AI (Desirable)
