We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Solutions Support Specialist to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service.
The
Solution Support Specialist will:
- Manage Smartsheet permissions and BI permissions.
- Support Smartsheet administration and project provisioning for both internal and customer needs.
- Create Smartsheet solutions at entry/intermediate levels.
- Act as a liaison between Smartsheet consultants and customers.
- Maintain BI & Smartsheet landing and training websites.
- Develop step-by-step instructions, help/guide documentation.
- Assist in writing and maintaining policies.
- Maintain current data for office KPI reporting.
- Manage BI and Smartsheet training efforts.
- Manage community outreach efforts, such as Lunch n’ Learns.
- Provide support for other BI and integrated solutions efforts as required.
- Manage new hire tickets and general coordination.
- Coordinate equipment pickups for new hires.
- Secondary support for the helpdesk ticket system.
- Send out IT mass mailers
Requisition Qualifications:This position has been posted at multiple levels. Depending on the candidate's experience, requirements, and business needs, we reserve the right to consider candidates at any level for which this position has been advertised.
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in a related area and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Experience with Smartsheet and Smartsheet administration
- Experience with Power BI tools.
- Experience with IT operations and user IT support.
- Experience with SharePoint
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Requisition Preferences: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in training and documentation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential FunctionsWork EnvironmentGenerally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.
Physical RequirementsWork may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of time).
Equipment and MachinesStandard office equipment (PC, telephone, printer, etc.).
AttendanceRegular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements.
