Amentum is seeking a Standardization Evaluator in Las Vegas, NV.
The Standardization Evaluation Program develops, implements, and maintains a comprehensive program for Physical Security personnel, ensuring compliance with AFI 36-2646 and requirements outlined in PWS 3.2.2.15, as well as adhering to all other governing documents and regulations. The Stan-Eval Department actively supports and upholds the Company's stated vision, mission, and values.
Compensation:
The annual starting salary rate for this position is between $80,000.00 - $84,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Essential Functions
Evaluation & Standardization:
Oversee and conduct all evaluations within Physical Security to ensure personnel meet the highest performance standards, coordinating with Security Supervisors to verify document completion.
Incorporate effective evaluation methods and provide immediate feedback after each Stan-Eval.
Conduct Arming Use of Force performance assessments using Shoot/No-Shoot/Non-Lethal scenarios based on the Go/No-Go standard on Task Performance Checklists.
Develop and maintain a minimum of 50 knowledge questions per duty position certification.
Ensure evaluations consist of a 50-question verbal test (minimum 80% passing score), a Use of Force Go/No-Go scenario, and a Go/No-Go practical scenario.
Complete all initial and subsequent annual Stan-Eval prior to being posted as a Patrol Officer or Entry Controller.
Immediately report failures to the Stan-Eval lead and Security Supervisor, coordinating and providing applicable documents in the event of a second evaluation failure.
Monitor and review training after any failures and decertification. With the ability to conduct additional evaluations within 15 calendar days of initial failure.
Provide a standardized packet consisting of signed 797 records, TPCs, Use of Force TPCs, and Duty Position Evaluations (DPE) upon completion of evaluation for member’s records.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure Security Supervisors submit proper documentation (Phase II initiation letters, extension letters, and excusal letters) in a timely manner.
Ensure all documentation is accurate prior to evaluation, including properly signed and dated 797s.
Maintain copies of current Task Performance Checklists (TPCs) and Training, Exercise, and Evaluation Outlines (TEEOs).
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all applicable paperwork, record keeping, and record management systems.
Maintain an internal evaluation tracking system for all personnel and accurate records for all Stan-Evals, Phase II actions, Decertification’s, and other relevant documentation.
Reporting:
Provide Security Supervisors with tentative evaluation dates at least 60 days in advance.
Provide monthly Stan-Eval data to the site Security Captain by the last duty day of each month for inclusion in CDRL X025 – Monthly Certification Summary.
Monitor, identify, and analyze trends in training, performance, and evaluation results; provide quarterly trend analysis to both upper management and appropriate supervisors, noting deficient areas and failures.
Administrative & Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely submission of daily/weekly timecards, adhering to all established company policies.
Review, revise, and complete annual CDRLs as applicable and within allocated timeframes.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of and adherence to all applicable company policies.
Coordinate and seek approval for all Paid Time Off (PTO) requests through the appropriate supervisor.
Assigned duty location and work schedule may vary based on customer and business needs.
Must comply with Company specified dress code and uniform guidelines.
Documentation & Improvement:
Develop, prepare, and revise essential security documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Operating Instructions (OIs), Emergency Action Plans (EAPs), and Training Plans.
Submit recommendations to change duress codes every six (6) months, and authentication words every thirty (30) days, or when compromised, to the designated government representative for approval.
Report any performance or substandard issues related to Stan-Eval program documentation, rejecting substandard/incomplete documentation and reporting issues to the Stan-Eval lead and Security Captain.
Operational Support:
Evaluate Security Officer Performance and adherence to standards/procedures, providing on-the-spot correction/feedback and relaying all engagements to the Security Captain.
Stand ready to fulfill posting requirements in no-notice emergency situations.
Act as Amentum’s representative, providing briefings to customers/clients and supporting business development opportunities as required.
Additional Duties:
Perform additional duties or assignments as directed by management is support of contractual obligations.
Job Mandatory Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a Standardization Evaluator role, such as:
U.S. Citizenship required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance.
Demonstrated expertise in the planning, evaluation, analysis, and implementation of multiple security programs, including but not limited to personnel protection, emergency response, and guard force management.
Ability to effectively convey critical security information, policies, and procedures to diverse audiences, including executives, clients, and employees, ensuring understanding and compliance
Must comply with AFI 31-117, Arming and Use of Force by Air Force Personnel, 17 March 2015.
Possess a valid U.S Driver's License.
Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive medical evaluation.
Ability to meet and maintain all physical requirements as dictated by project demands.
Ability to pass and maintain a detailed background investigation as required by contract.
If prior military, Honorable Discharge is required.
