The purpose of embedding dedicated personnel at Data Center locations performing technician services is to efficiently address system health issues.
1. Security Systems Maintenance, Support, and Installation Services
● Engage, support, and coordinate with partner teams in all physical security systems related activities
● Maintain the overall health of the deployed security system
● Maintain documentation and information related to the deployed security system
● Design, deploy, and manage commissioning of small installations in coordination with internal supporting teams and documentation
● Maintain and enforce installation standards across the deployed security systems
● Manage, develop, and maintain critical spares and local inventory in coordination with global teams
At a minimum, CANDIDATE shall achieve and/or maintain the certification level, as stated in the below list. The systems below may be phased in or out of the Program, but any new system certification levels will be agreed upon at the time of phase in. Must have 5-7 years of experience as a security systems technician. At least 2 years of experience working with CCure hardware.

CCure 9000:
Access Control - Certified IP based CCTV - Trained/or equivalent experience Cisco Certified: Technician Baseline networking knowledge - Preferred, but not required
Traka Keybox: Key management - Trained/or equivalent experience
SightLogix (and other equivalent Security Systems): Perimeter intrusion detection at Data Center Facilities - Trained/or equivalent experience
IRIS ID / Alcatraz AI: Biometrics system - Trained/or equivalent experience
Safety Training (EHS Compliance):
OSHA 10 Hour
Certified CPR
Certified Aerial platform
Certified Ladder Safety Awareness Training
Resume Format Requirements-
Must clearly state degree and certifications received; All related work history with employer name, dates of employment, and description of role; At least 3 Professional References; All software/database level of proficiency.
